Zion's Women's Ministry
Women’s Fellowship Opportunities Lutheran Women in Mission (LWML) is the official women’s organization of our denomination.
Women within the LWML are finding avenues to use their God-given gifts as they meet the challenge to share the Gospel message.
The mission of the LWML is to assist each woman of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod in affirming her relationship with the Triune God so that she is enabled to use her gifts in ministry to the people of the world.
The current emphasis in the LWML is:
Mites (monetary offerings collected in a small container)
Missions (supporting mission projects on all levels of the LWML organization: local, district, and national) Mentoring (programs to mentor and train members as leaders).
Zion’s LWML welcomes women of all ages to join us at our monthly meetings, (usually the 3rd Thursday at 7:00 p.m.), as together we “serve the Lord with gladness.”
